Safeguarding Policies

Revolution CT supports, adopts and abides by the British Cycling Safeguarding Policies.

Within the above link there is a significant and comprehensive list of policies and codes of conduct.  To ensure the most accurate and up to date information is used at all times, the information is linked to the British Cycling website rather than stored on our own page.

Below highlights some of the pertinent information available, however we would suggest reading the documents in the above link for full and correct information.

  • The club respects the rights, dignity and worth of every person and will treat everyone equally within the context of their sport, regardless of age, ability, gender, race, ethnicity, religious belief, sexuality or social/economic status.
  • The club is committed to everyone having the right to enjoy their sport in an environment free from threat of intimidation, harassment and abuse all club members have a responsibility to oppose discriminatory behaviour and promote equality of opportunity
  • The club will deal with any incidence of discriminatory behaviour seriously, according to club disciplinary procedure.

Welfare Officers

Revolution CT has Welfare Officers who will provide guidance to club members, coaches, parents and children whenever required.  If you have any concerns about the welfare of children or vulnerable adults involved in the Club you can contact our Welfare Officers by emailing welfare@revct.org
